Collaborated with a design partner provided by the client for branding and UI/UX;- Developed a Shopify website with a custom layout and an advanced custom builder section (later removed due to lack of conversions);
- Integrated the website back-end with fulfillment and delivery APIs;
- Developed an internal lead-management system and integrated it with HubSpot CRM;
- Created automated operations flows for measurement teams, tailors, and sales managers;
- Set up comprehensive marketing and customer support automation, including email marketing, WhatsApp broadcasts, and multichannel customer support;
