- Designed and implemented behavior-based marketing automation;
- Designed and developed an internal lead and broker management system;
- Created personal dashboards for inside sales agents and admins;
- Integrated the marketplace back-end with CRM solutions such as Follow Up Boss, Go High Level, and Pipedrive;
